First ask \u2018How do it free us?\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you buy into the idea that asking for inclusion, equity, and equality, coupled with \u201cWe Shall Overcome Someday\u201d means that systematic racism will somehow miraculously become the vessel to make your desires a reality. If you ask your oppressor to be free and he says no, do you just keep asking with the hope that one day he\u2019ll say yes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
