Nothing in this world brings me more joy than being a father. I cherish the fact that I am the father of two amazing sons. Fatherhood, on its face, can be the most significant undertaking a man can ever have. It’s a huge responsibility. Today, I could not stop smiling as I spent the entire day with Marcus and Max (Michelle & Rachel too) starting with the Race Against Hate 5K and Marcus beating me by about 3 minutes, to sitting in the backyard. The same backyard where they used to play in the sandbox and the wading pool, now sharing with family what they are doing with their careers, both now having a masters degrees. I hope to have many more Father’s Days where I get to see the next 3-4 chapters in their lives, but if I don’t this was by far the best Father’s Day I’ve ever had!
