From DEI to W.E.I.: Quantico Wasn’t a Briefing — It Was a Whiteness War Sermon
Pete Hegseth just told the entire U.S. military that you’re fat, ugly, stupid, weak, and lazy — and that the rot starts at the top. He said no more “dudes in dresses,” but the only two dudes on that stage wearing makeup were him, with his face fully beat, and another man glowing orange like a custom blend from Maybelline or L’Oréal.
If the new warrior standard is defined by a W.E.I. (White, Entitled, Inept) physical benchmark, then every woman who can do more pullups than Hegseth (two) or Trump (which I’d bet is zero) is Combat Ready+.
Credit to attorney and advocate Lurie Daniel-Favors, who coined the term W.E.I. — White, Entitled, Inept — the most accurate descriptor of what has long been sold to America as “merit-based leadership.”
The officers flown into Quantico from every corner of the globe sat stone-faced while two men without a single star between them declared that American cities are now the new training ground for war. Trump — who has never worn a uniform of any kind — told lifelong service members that if they didn’t like what he was saying, they could leave. They should’ve done what the U.N. delegates did when Netanyahu opened his mouth — stand up and walk. Out.
And if you can now be decommissioned for razor bumps, gender identity, or sexual orientation, while the biggest W.E.I. hire in modern history stands on stage saying, “That shit is over,” maybe it’s time to admit what’s really happening:
This isn’t about restoring discipline.
It’s about restoring whiteness as the unchallenged chain of command.
But let’s run their fantasy through the math.
If the new military is to be purified of all but the W.E.I. elect:
- Nearly 50% of enlisted troops would be gone overnight — because they are women or minorities.
- Roughly 35% of lower-ranking officers would disappear — also women or minorities.
- And here’s the kicker: only 15–18% of generals and admirals are minorities today, meaning the top brass is already over 80% W.E.I. certified.
That’s not a meritocracy.
That’s government-funded affirmative action for mediocrity.
The new W.E.I. Warrior Ethos would read:
- I will always place the white mission first
- I will never accept white defeat
- I will never quit being white
- I will never leave a fallen white comrade
But here’s the operational flaw:
Every officer removed on the basis of race, gender, or sexuality would have to be replaced by rapid promotion of another W.E.I. beneficiary.
W.E.I. on 10.
And when enlistment drops by 50%?
They’ll have to reinstate the draft.
Maybe that’s when the whitelash finally hits home — when their sons are called to serve.
And what happens to all those highly trained veterans — the medics, pilots, engineers, linguists, cyber specialists — sent home because they were Black, Hispanic, women, or gay?
Let’s just say:
The revolution will not only be televised — it will be livestreamed, archived, and replayed in 4K.
No empire is broken by enemies at the gate.
It’s broken when the soldiers inside stop answering the call.
Malcolm said it best: “Be peaceful, be courteous, obey the law — but if someone puts his hand on you, send him to the cemetery.”
Keep pushing out the people who’ve earned their place in this force —
and you won’t get discipline.
You’ll get a reckoning.
